  1. Fantastic music substandard publishing 3 Star Review

Posted by on 25th May 2015

'Performance Parts' make ZERO allowance for page turning. The only advantage they provide is that the corresponding part is printed slightly larger. They still need to be cut and pasted by hand to made into something functional (ACTUALLY THE JOB OF THE PUBLISHER).

My recommendation would be to forget the set of parts and just buy a score.

    — Publisher's comment: Promethean Editions would like to clarify that the parts set also includes individual player parts which are formatted for page turns. The parts the reviewer refers to are a secondary resource intended to aid the learning and comprehension of the complex music and are not necessarily intended to be performed from.
